Thread Starter code

I have tried to work this out myself, but going round in circles.

I have been modifying a bit of code, which at present show the last poster... but I want ot to show the thread starter. The current code is:

<phrase 1="member.php?find=lastposter&amp;t=$thread[threadid]" 2="$thread[lastposter]">$vbphrase[by_x]</phrase>

Anyone know how I change this?
