If you are talking about:
Thank you for registering, {1}. An email has been dispatched to {2} with details on how to activate your account. Click here to return to where you were previously.

You will receive an email in your inbox. You MUST follow the link in that email before you can post on these forums. Until you do that, you will be told that you do not have permission to post.
This is the first Phrase i mentioned: registeremail

Tried that. Tried in templates too.

Anyone able to help me out? I'm looking for the template/phrase that displays to a user on the webpage once they have registered, telling them they need to head to their inbox to activate their account.

    Cheers.

Thanks. What about the screen that loads after you have entered in your registration details? That's the one I want to edit.

I'd would also like to edit the email sent to people once they have confirmed their registration.

    Please help!

    Cheers.
