  • Easier way to group my custom templates?

    I am aware that by editing the ./includes/adminfunctions_template.php file you can specify specific template prefixes you want grouping together, is this possible by using a plugin hook?

    I think this might be possible. I recommend you post on www.vbulletin.org about this.

      Add a plugin at the template_groups hook, using this format:

      $only['template_prefix'] = 'Template Group Description';

          Hi,

          Sorry to resurrect an old thread but, prior to upgrade, I had various templates grouped (pre-hook days) and, after upgrade, they refuse to go into categories - even after using the hook instead of adding direct to the array. Any ideas?

            Weird, but i am still using the same syntax as that provided in this post and even after the upgrade to 3.5.4 they are working fine still.
