    admincp -> styles and templates -> Style manager

    Choose the style you want to add the link to and go to edit templates in the drop down box.

    Look for the navigation catagory. Expand that and edit the nav bar.

    Look for this in the templates:
    Code:
    <!-- nav buttons bar -->
    Then add this where you start seeing the other links. You'll need to change the url to your home page of course.

    Code:
    <td class="vbmenu_control"><a href="www.yoursite.com/index.php?$session[sessionurl]">Home</a></td>
    You can also create a phrase called homepage and use this instead if you dont want it hardcoded in the template.

    Code:
    $vbphrase[homepage]
    Plan, Do, Check, Act!
