Changing locked out default

How do I change the default so members are not locked out if they use the wrong password five times? We have no need for this, and all it does is cause us problems!!! I looked in the manual but couldn't find it.

Admin Control Panel > vBulletin Options > vBulletin Options > General Settings > Use Login 'Strike' System?

Setting this to no will disable the system that prevents a user (with a specific IP address) from logging into an account after entering an incorrect password 5 times.
