  • "Fatal error: vBulletin datastore cache incomplete or corrupt"

    Hi guys,

We've just upgraded to 3.5.0 from 3.0.8, and its not pretty

    We get this error:

    Code:
vBulletin datastore error caused by one or more of the following:

       1. You may have uploaded vBulletin 3.5 files without also running the vBulletin 3.5 upgrade script. If you have not run the upgrade script, do so now.
       2. The datastore cache may have been corrupted. Run Rebuild Bitfields from tools.php, which you can upload from the do_not_upload folder of the vBulletin package.

Fatal error: vBulletin datastore cache incomplete or corrupt in /includes/init.php on line 170
We're not running any PHP optimisers (I've turned them off), and we've also tried the Bitfield rebuild from tools.php.

Any ideas on what we can try? If you can recommend a fix over a 'start again' solution, it would be enormously helpful, since our database is nearly 6 GB in size, and a mysql import takes around 15 hours.

    Did you try each possibility?

I would submit a support ticket.
