Removing items from Navbar

I searched, I'm sorry I didn't find anything

But :

Things like, Calendar, New Posts, I don't want on the nav bar, how do I go about getting rid of that stuff?

Edit the navbar template and remove the appropriate links.

Just to add in case anyone was wondering, to remove the "New Posts" button, search for :

<td class="vbmenu_control"><a href="search.php?$session[sessionurl]do=getnew" accesskey="2">$vbphrase[new_posts_nav]</a></td>

in the navbar template and just delete that.

On my site I have moved these links below the quick links, and made the usercp link a dropdown and put the quicklinks>usercp ones there. This cleaned up quite a bit Preview on vbfans
