New to running vBulletin - Tips Please

Hi gang, I'm new to running vBulletin and just installed v3.5. I have run UBB Threads for the past 3 years. ImPex worked pretty well for me as well.

Now that I'm working my way through this new software I've come across some questions that I'd like some assistance with.

As a security measure once I converted my Threads database...I had cleared all permissions (except mine, of course) in accessing all the forums. Now, I've got the task of adding my Moderators back into their respective forums in which they previously moderated under Threads. The only way I've found to do this is that I have to go into admincp > Forums & Moderators > Forum Manager > Moderators (drop down) > then I have to manually type in the moderators name that I want to enable for the certain forum. There has to be an easier way to do this....than have to manually type in the person's name....like a search for his/her name or a scroll down list of names.... I'm sure there is an easier way....but I just haven't found it yet. Any help on this one is appreciated.

Header - I'd like to know how I can edit this file as I run phpAdsNew for my advertisers banners.

Unfortunatly, that's as easy as it gets. I suppose it's a security precaution so that you are aware of what moderator gets which permission to what board.

Ah well....I'll definitely make sure that I put in a recommendation for a future release an easier method.
