add pic in Quick Reply Phrases

I would like to do the same but after I edit the click_quick_reply_icon phrase, I get:

Please click one of the Quick Reply icons <img src="[path to image on my server]" border="0" /> in the posts above to activate Quick Reply.

It doesn't seem to accept HTML code. Do I need to activate something?

By the way, I also tried other HTML code like href. Oh, and I'm currently running 3.5.1.
