3.5 RC1 Upload file ?

Some user can't send File Attach. Not All. One of this have this message, I don't understand because SAFE MODE is off on my server...

The error says safe mode is on, so it shouldn't work for any of the users.

Can you post a link to your phpinfo file?

Safe Mode is ON, I have two files "php.ini", I have check the bad file. I have desactivate Safe Mode. Thanks.
