    You are missing the access table. Is this a fresh install or an upgrade?

      it was an upgrade. First installed version of these forums was 3.0.3, then 3.0.7, 3.5.0 Beta 1, 3.5.0 RC 1. I have been having an issue like this since Beta 1.

        Hmmm...then something happened to delete your access table.

        Run this query to recreate this table:

        CREATE TABLE access (
        userid INT UNSIGNED NOT NULL DEFAULT '0',
        forumid SMALLINT UNSIGNED NOT NULL DEFAULT '0',
        accessmask SMALLINT UNSIGNED NOT NULL DEFAULT '0',
        PRIMARY KEY userid (userid, forumid)
        );

          I can now delete users, huzzah! I still dont know how the access table came to be deleted, as I rarely ( if ever ) touch the sql side of things, and even then, thats only to edit time stamps or add things that you cant add normally.
