    Isn't It Ironic?

    My administrator account cannot delete/move/lock threads.

    What's up with that?

    A real Admin should be able to do those things, assuming you are using the original vB files and templates. Make sure the Admin group is the primary usergroup and not a secondary one.

        Pull up this user's profile in the Admin CP and check the Primary and Secondary usergroups for this member.

            Then he should have all those permissions on the forums. Try logging in under his account to verify the problem.

            \Also be sure to set the appropriate permissions:

            Admin CP -> Usergroups -> Administrator Permissions

            You may need to make yourself a Super Admin in order to do this. Edit this section of config.php:

            // ****** SUPER ADMINISTRATORS ******
            // The users specified below will have permission to access the administrator permissions
            // page, which controls the permissions of other administrators
            $superadministrators = 'x';

            ...and replace x with your userid (not user name.)

              Have you edited the usergroups permissions? It is possible you have removed the is super moderator setting from the admin group, effectivly making it useless when it comes to forum moderation

                  Did you check the Admin Permissions?

                        At the top of the thread:

                        Thread Tools -> Copy/Move Thread

                            Inline Moderation from the forum display page. Look at the 'boxes' the to right of each thread and click on the one you want to move. Then choose the appropriate 'Moderation' option at the bottom.
