2 questions: How to automatically ban, and how to show only numbers in Who's Online

Ok, I have a post icon that says "I want to be banned" in spanish. I'd like to make it so that whenever someone uses it, they're automatically banned. Possible?

Also, in the "Who's online", is it possible to only show the number of users online, and not the whole name?

Auto ban is not possible, not without source code modifications, please check on vbulletin.org if someone could help you write this code.
