    hello

My problem is that the activation mail can not be delivered.after being member since the activation operation is not completed the members cannot use the forum.i change the users group by means of admin panel, but in the profil, it still says that activation operation is not done. When ı update the counter, the problem can be solved.. but it is very difficult work to do same thing for every member and it takes long time..so ı have to solve this problem..

ı do not use stmp, because in the past it had been working.

    First try this:

Admin CP -> vBulletin Options -> Server Settings and Optimization Options -> Enable "-f" Parameter -> Yes

Then try the vB email functions. If it still doesn't work, then try the email diagnostics in the Admin CP and report back the results:

Admin CP -> Imports & Maintenance -> Diagnostics -> Email

If after all this you still don't get the email then this is a server and/or mailbox issue. You will need to view the mail logs on the server to see what happened to those emails. Once vB sends it to PHP it's in the hands of the server. If you are on a shared server you may need to ask your host to look through the logs for you.

You are receiving this email because your email address was entered as an email test at Soru Forum.

The first step of this email test script has been completed. However, a formatting test is still necessary:

      A paragraph break.
      A single line break.

      Another paragraph break.
      Another single line break.
      Another single line break.

If the above lines look correct, you are finished. The email features on your server are setup correctly.
If this email is run together on one line, there is possibly a configuration error with your mail server. Please ensure it is configured correctly.

      Pertinent PHP Settings SMTP:localhostsendmail_from:[email protected]_path:/usr/sbin/sendmail -t -i
Sonuçlar No errors were returned while attempting to send the email. Check [email protected] shortly to confirm you've received the email. If you don't receive the email, try sending the test to a different address. If that fails, check your mail server's configuration.

Your host has disabled sending email as nobody, your only other choice is to use SMTP in 3.5
