I am trying to increase the PMs of the Admin from 100 t0 300 which I have done in the user permissions. However, this does not show up on my CP as 300. Why is this and is there something I am missing here?

Maybe you are also member of an additional usergroup where it is set to 100 and it is set to override permissions?

I don't know, I just checked on my rc4 fresh install and when I change it from the default to 5000 and goto the PM system, it says 5000.

Just checked if I (Admin) am in another group. I am not attached to any other group. Is there something that I might be missing?? Thanks.

Check the usergroup permission again for administrators and see if it indeed is set to have x amount of PM allowed for storage space. If so, then if you have any hacks installed that modified the user control panel pages or other related page - revert those to original again.

This is done with. I should have been looking at the PM in the CP and not at the top under my stats. Thank you.
