  • Send email to user denied, even though it's enabled in User CP?

Okay, here's an odd one for you guys... This is in vB3 RC4.

Whenever a user tries to email another user via the public profile, it'll give the error message saying:
Sorry! That user has specified that they do not wish to receive emails. If you still wish to send an email to this user, please contact the administrator and they may be able to help.
However, it will ALWAYS say this, even though the "Recieve emails from..." checkboxes are both enabled.

    What could this be?

Is it turned on in the AdminCP?

AdminCP > Options > vBulletin Options > Email Options > Allow Users to Email Other Members Yes/No
Allow users to send emails to other users. Use the option below to determine how the emails are sent.
