How do i set up my forum link to display a page like this when clicked?

i have certified paypal account

i can make a button no problem,but i cant find the straight link to use??

That will do what you asked when the image is clicked.

I don't know that you can link directly to that page because the code PayPal gives you fills in the info found on that page, it's not a straight link. What I did was link to the subscriptions.php page. Go into your user CP and right click on properties for the paid subscription link, that'll give you the url.
