    Use the following:

    PHP Code:
    <form action="https://www.paypal.com/cgi-bin/webscr" method="post">
    <
    input type="hidden" name="cmd" value="_xclick">
    <
    input type="hidden" name="business" value=youremail@here.com>
    <
    input type="hidden" name="item_name" value="Forum Contribution">
    <
    input type="hidden" name="item_number" value="donate5">
    <
    input type="hidden" name="amount" value="20">
    <
    input type="hidden" name="no_note" value="1">
    <
    input type="hidden" name="currency_code" value="USD">
    <
    input type="hidden" name="tax" value="0">
    <
    input type="image" src="http://www.yoursite.com/imagename.jpg" border="0" name="submit" alt="Make payments with PayPal - it's fast, free and secure!" width="218" height="33">
    </
    form
That will do what you asked when the image is clicked.

I don't know that you can link directly to that page because the code PayPal gives you fills in the info found on that page, it's not a straight link. What I did was link to the subscriptions.php page. Go into your user CP and right click on properties for the paid subscription link, that'll give you the url.
