Shouting Problem

I have just double checked to ensure that I have "Prevent Shouting" set to yes.

In this post, someone was clearly able to type in all caps. I am using RC4.

If you enable this option, users who type words in their post title in all CAPS will have them changed to first-letter-capitalization only, or all lowercase, depending on the word(s). For some international forums with different character sets this setting may cause issues, and in that case should be disabled.

The default help says thread titles/messages .. but I think this is a phrase error, since it won't parse the msg in caps to lowercaps (never did I think).

I just tried a messages where I typed in all caps and my message was corrected to lower case letters.

I would like it so it will work for the message text too as it doesn't on my forum, even though the option is turned on. I have one poster who likes to do it.

This feature was never intended to work on message text. It is applied to the message title only.
