Missing Feature: cancel PM's at PM Tracking

Perhaps I am blind, but I cannot find the function to cancel PM's send with read request and which are still unread by recipent. In vB2 there is this function however in vB3 I could not find these so far.

Anyone? Is this feature lost from vB2 to vB3?

I suspect it was changed to be more like email in the sense once it's been sent, it's been sent and you can't cancel it.
