The only real modification I have done to my forum is add the arcade hack. I went through the arcade code and it all looks good and none of t appears to deal with IP stuff.

Whats weird is that this same code works fine on my test board (with a slightly older copy of the same database)
Yup I run a BIG Board.

The arcade hack is known to have messed up user and usergroup permissions. If you are not willing to remove this hack, then you might want to post at vbulletin.org for help.

I don't have any hacks installed and I'm still having this problem.

If you have not installed any hacks (which includes portals), fill out a support ticket at:

          http://www.vbulletin.com/members/mem...ontactform.php

Be sure to include the login info to your Admin CP, phpMyAdmin and FTP. If you have installed hacks, then remove the hacks first then check and see if you still have this problem. If so, leave the default vB files in place and fill out the support request.

I just went through and blew out everything, I uploaded all new unedited vb files and reverted back all my templates.

            And its STILL doing it.

Now one thing that is VERY interesting (if anyone else is having this problem please try this and see if it happens to you as well)

I created a new admin account and logged in to the admincp.

I then clicked on "search IP address" and it STILL searched for User number 1 which in my case is Scott Greczkowski. The url in the panel appears to be OK, it shows as http://www.satelliteguys.us/admincp/...s.php?do=doips

Now we need to figure out why its showing the IP address of user #1 only.

I have logged a ticket, I hope someone can get back to me quickly, I have about 800 people on my board all times of the day so at the moment all my features and custom templates are gone at the moment.
Yup I run a BIG Board.

I couldn't duplicate this problem in your support ticket. I got different IPs with every members I looked up in the Admin CP.

I have the same problem, as do my moderators who have tried it. I've tried all the suggestions but nothing has worked. I have a few hacks but they are not relating to that area at all (I have just a few, like chat and spellcheck) so I don't think that is it. If you want, I can fill out that form too so you guys can try it at my board... thanks

I couldn't duplicate this problem with the original poster's support ticket. Unfortunately we cannot provide official support to forums running hacked code.
