  • execute cgi in vb3?

    Hey,

I'm trying to figure out how to include a php banner rotator script into my vbulletin 3 rc3. Can anyone give me tips or point me to directions on how to? Thanks.

Use the phpinclude templates. Although not written specifically for vB3, this should tell you how to do this:

Those directions and mistakes seem to be for vbulletin 2.. I can't seem to get the basic understanding behind it to get it to work on Vbulletin 3. Can you leave a simplified version of what they're saying?

The same exact concepts work in vBulletin 3.

The post you are most interested in is the first one. It has the code in it to include something within your phpinclude_start template.
