How do I enable cookies?

How do I enable or disable cookies in VB3 RC4. I heard they are in the USER CP but I don't see it anywhere.

Also for future referrences everyone using the vBulletin forums should start mentioning their VB version with every post they make since VB has so many versions. People need to understand other people read the forums to solve their problems with various different versions of VB

In version 2 you could disable cookies, but version 3 always uses cookies. You can't disable it.
Only guests can block cookies and stay logged out.
