"Could not find phrase" error

While doing a clean install of RC3 in step 6 I get the following error while importing language:

Could not find phrase 'xml_error_x_at_line_y'.

Any idea what that is?

What are the server specs where you are trying to install this?

Windows/Linux ?
Apache, PHP and MySQL version numbers ?

Does this happen each time you run the install ?
(after dropping the database and starting over again)

Re-download the .zip from the vBulletin.com member area to make sure it is 100%

I'm trying to install it as a test forum on the same DB as my vB 2.x one. I changed the prefixes of the vB3 one, shouldn't that do it?
