  • Registration Image Not Displaying

The verification image to register on my boards is not displaying, as users are just getting a red X everytime.

    How can I fix this?

AdminCP > Options > vBulletin Options > Server Settings and Optimization Options > GD Version - Set this to your GD version (likely GD 2+)

AdminCP > Options > vBulletin Options > User Registration Options > Image Verification - Set to 'Yes'

Admin CP -> vBulletin Options -> Server Settings and Optimization Options -> Public phpinfo() Display Enabled

Set that to "Yes" so we can view your PHP info to check your GD version.

I don't see GD version into your phpinfo, I think this feature is not activated.

So, you can't use the verification image feature.

You don't have GD support in your PHP installation. That means you can't use image verification on registration.

You need to recompile PHP with GD support. This is something you need to contact your host about.

Your PHP is still not compiled with GD support.

I would contact VO. Recompiling PHP isn't the easiest thing to do.
