  • banner at the top

    Hello guys

    On these forums http://forums.addictedtogaming.com im wondering how do i get a banner at the top to the right.

    Someone did it for me but the forums were not behaving right it was messing the threads up so you could scroll left and right.

    This is the code they had

    Code:
    <!-- logo -->
    <table border="0" width="1278" height="25">
    	<tr>
    		<td height="25" width="415">
    		<a name="top"></a>
    		<a href="$vboptions[forumhome].php?$session[sessionurl]">
    		<img src="$stylevar[titleimage]" border="0" alt="$vboptions[bbtitle]" align="left" /></a><table border="0" width="$stylevar[outertablewidth]" cellpadding="0" cellspacing="0" align="center">
    <tr>
    	<td align="$stylevar[left]">&nbsp;</td>
    	<td align="$stylevar[right]">
    		&nbsp;
    		</td>
    		<td height="25" width="652">&nbsp;</td>
    	</tr>
    </table>

    <!--
      NEW HEADER &amp; NAVBAR

      Now that the nav buttons are in the
      navbar template, you can stick whatever
      you like into this space.

      This makes it much easier for novice
      admins to customize their header
      template without affecting important
      navigation elements.
    -->
    	</td>
    		<td height="25" width="853">
    		<a href="http://www.Addictedtogaming.com?subject=Advertising - ATG">
    		<img border="0" src="http://www.addictedtogaming.com/images/atg.gif" width="468" height="60" align="right"></a></td>
    </tr>
    </table>
    <!-- /logo -->

    <!-- content table -->
    $spacer_open

    $_phpinclude_output
    And below is the standard code which i have just changed it back to

    Code:
    <!-- logo -->
    <a name="top"></a>
    <table border="0" width="$stylevar[outertablewidth]" cellpadding="0" cellspacing="0" align="center">
    <tr>
    	<td align="$stylevar[left]"><a href="$vboptions[forumhome].php?$session[sessionurl]"><img src="$stylevar[titleimage]" border="0" alt="$vboptions[bbtitle]" /></a></td>
    	<td align="$stylevar[right]">
    		&nbsp;
    <!--
      NEW HEADER &amp; NAVBAR

      Now that the nav buttons are in the
      navbar template, you can stick whatever
      you like into this space.

      This makes it much easier for novice
      admins to customize their header
      template without affecting important
      navigation elements.
    -->
    	</td>
    </tr>
    </table>
    <!-- /logo -->

    <!-- content table -->
    $spacer_open

    $_phpinclude_output
    Can you spot something wrong there

    Many thanks

    Sam
