A few lines below it reads:

// set $savebadlocation to 0 to not have WOL track this call to standarderror as an ERROR condition
// call this within an eval to display a standard error

So this lets me assume this badlocation is saved so when someone (with permissions to see) can see on the Who is Online page where a user is, and what he is doing and why he can't do it (showing badlocation).

What is the $savebadlocation for in the following function (includes/functions.php):

function print_standard_error($err_phrase, $doquery = 1, $savebadlocation = 1) 

Also, I notice that standard_error function has $headinsert but I guess that's not useable yet? (Without hacking anyways )
