  • Step 21 - (Need some precisions)

    I am stuck

I am upgrading a 2.3.0 vBulletin to vBulletin version 3.0.0 Release Candidate 2

I am really questioning myself on what should I select at Step 21:
    Step 21) Alter Usergroup Table
Please Select All Usergroups That Contain 'BANNED' Users
In vBulletin 3, 'banned' usergroups need to be explicitly specified.
If you have any 'banned' usergroups, please tick those groups here.
    User Groups:

In the forum that I am upgrading I have some masks applied to restrict the access to a few forum categories.

Which options' boxes should I check [v] ???
My intuition would be to check only these:
    -- (COPPA)...
-- Unregistered / Not logged in
    -- Users Awaiting Email Confirmation
Should I trust my intuition ?

    Regards,

Do you have any banned usergroups?

No, those are not banned groups. A banned group is one in whcih all permissions have been set to 'No'.

Oh... OK. I see. Thanks Steve!
Sorry for my misunderstanding of the basic Glossary
Just wanted to make sure I would not loose those custom "Masks" I applied to some Members.

Keep up this Great Work with version 3 !!!!!

          Kind Regards,
