  • Removing Post Count

I don't know the exact phrase to search in the templates to get every instance of Post Count gone.

I have removed it from postbit and user profile, but what do i remove in the memberlist and potentially other places?

We've existed sans post count for 2 years now and I really don't want to have it there.

    thanks!

Search for "Post Count" in the phrasing system and then search for those phrases in the Template system.

Can someone walk me through this n00b style? I'm not sure what I'm looking at in this phrase manager thingie. I don't see templates listed in it.

Admin CP -> Languages & Phrases -> Search in Phrases

Then look at the phrase name and search for this name in the templates.

Wow, I'm sorry. I feel like a real idiot here. I am totally confused by this phrase stuff. I searched for the phrase 'Post Count' and I'm not really sure what I'm looking at, other than a big list.

I found something in there called '$vbphrase[post_count]', but I searched the templates for that and all I found was some reference to the member search list.

            If anyone cares...

I figured out what the problem was. I don't like the new display format, and was using legacy. Once I realized that I needed to edit the postbit_legacy, I was fine.
