Inserting {forum_rules_description} as a FAQ

We changed out the text for the forum rules description in the phrase section and this is working great.

Now I want to insert the forum rules description as a FAQ text (after naming the particular FAQ: Guidelines: (for easy access by members) but can't figure out the tech language to use.

I tried:
{forum_rules_description}
${forum_rules_description}
$forum_rules_description
$vbphrase[forum_rules_description]

And none of these worked.

Thanks in advance for some pointers.

Added: Nevermind. Found out needed hack to accomplish this. Silly thing but reasonable to have Website forum rules and privacy policy as a part of the FAQ or similar content to control through the cpanel for members to access easily.
