Training Issue

Shortly, I will be training a board of directors to use our forum. The board with
the exception of one person are all newbies

I'm not sure if I should bring up the "cookie issue".

Will VB work properly if some members have cookies disabled?

Yes it should, it just wont remember them when they come back.
