    When click edit any template in AdminCP the error javascript

    Try reimporting your phrases from the XML file. You can do this under Languages and Phrases -> Upload/Download Languages.

    Then do a hard refresh in your browser (CTRL-F5).

      What is phrases XML file??
      vbulletin-language.xml??
      vbulletin-settings.xml??

              I'm having this same trouble. I'd bet the fix is really simple. If I knew what it was!

                The other thing I've noticed is that the "Controls" section is never activated. None of the buttons are enabled.

                  I don't know enough about javascript parsing and order of operation, so I could be completely off base here. In looking at the source of the page, the vbphrase array is declared in the script section following the included script vbulletin_templatemgr.js.
