    Search in your includes/config.php for a line beginning with

    Code:
    $modcpdir =
    This variable tells vBulletin where your Mod CP directory is. By default it is:

    Code:
    $modcpdir = 'modcp';
    Most likely you set this to an empty string or deleted it by accident.
    So you just would have to replace your line with the default one (and change 'modcp' to 'mod' or whatever you want it to be) or in case it isn't present at all just add it to your config.php.
