  • Attachments are currently being stored in the database

    After I put all attachments back into the database, there are some strange files that remain in the directory. Can someone explain what these are and is it okay to delete them.

    See picture below.

    Hmmm...those look like temporary files. It's probably okay to delete them but what I'd recommend is either renaming that directory or moving the files to another temporary directory. Then if you continue to not have any problems for a while it would be safe to delete them.

      I'll play it safe and try that.

      I wonder if anyone else has temp files created in the attachment directory?

        Those look likes attachments created from the hack found at vb.org
