    url is admincp

IIS returns that error when you try to execute a file that doesn't exist.

Consider upgrading PHP to 4.3.3 there has been many improvements to PHP for running as a CGI and the ISAPI filter which can be used with IIS.

I have completed the upgrade process to version 3.0 Beta 5 as a test on another server that is not accessible to the public. I can get to the User Forum and log-in but not the Admin control panel.

Is there a problem with my installation? I had no problems with access under version 2.3.0

I used a URL with the following format:
    http://myserver/forum/cpadmin/index.php

    I receive the error:

"The specified CGI application misbehaved by not returning a complete set of HTTP headers. The headers it did return are:".

    There were no headers listed.

My server is Windows 2K IIS 5.0, PHP 4.1.2, and MySQL 4.0.13.

    Thank you.
