What did you upgrade from and which upgrade scripts did you run?

You are missing one of the fileds in the forum table. Did you run the database conflict script prior to upgrading?

you uploaded the script into a vB3 database.

It was meant to be uploaded into a vB2 installation with a vB2 database.
