buttons under the banner at the top

if you look at the top.. how do i get my buttons under my banner and get rid of that white space under the buttons.

Edit this from the header (remove bolded parts):

<table border="0" width="100%" cellpadding="0" cellspacing="0" align="center">
<tr valign="bottom">
<td align="left" style="background-image: url(images/menu_background.gif);"><a href="index.php?s="><img src="images/vBulletin_logo.gif" border="0" alt="Team Katana Gaming Network Forums" /></a></td>
<td align="right" style="background-image: url(images/menu_background.gif);" nowrap="nowrap">

Then immediately after this:

<a href="index.php?s="><img src="images/vBulletin_logo.gif" border="0" alt="Team Katana Gaming Network Forums" /></a></td>

Add this:

</tr><tr>

You'll need to change align="right" to align="left" etc if desired.
