Moving my vB3b4 to a new host.. Can't do it?

Hey. I'm trying to move www.deerparkavenue.com/forums/ to a new host. Can I do this? I can see how to export the DB via the control panel (my only option) - but I can't see how to import it back? I'm screwed until the final release aren't I?

My vBulletin Forums:
cadillac, buick, pontiac, oldsmobile, automotive, freestyle, 80s, lexus, bmw, mercedes, audi, toyota, honda, acura, nissan, infiniti, hyundai genesis, chevy

...can't fit any more...

The instructions for moving servers with vB3 is no different than it was for vB2. The only reliable method of backing up and restoring a database is with shell access via telnet or ssh. Please see the instructions here:
