Add second admin

When I add a second Admin and they login to the admin cp, they only see part of the admin cp, not all of the options that I can see. I don't see another way to change this. I have added the user id to the config.php.

What am I doing wrong here?

LOL I figure it out, I had only edited the adminlog section of config.php
