You have a corrupted download. if you are running a firewall, temporarily disable it and redownload the zip file again. You'll need to reupload all the file (overwriting the ones on the server) and start all over again.

i download the beta3 zip and during extraction i get

CRC failed in ######.300b3\upload\install\vbulletin-language.xml.
The file is corrupt.

and then on step six i get

Could not find phrase 'please_ensure_x_file_is_located_at_y'.

any ideas ??

or where i can look for the answer ?
