I wouldn't have thought so. I just did it out of curriousity as CTRL+Z usually = undo!

No doubt it's the sorta thing i'd do after writing a massively long reply so it would be nice if it was
You can CTRL+Z it to get your post back though

Problem, if you use the quick reply, then click on the quick reply button in between the edit and reply button in postbit your post disappears.

Shoudln't this be fixed?
