Is there a Graphics Development Kit out for vB 3 Beta? I upgraded one of my forums to vB but I would like to change the images for my colour scheme.

There isn't one yet and there won't be until after the final style is developed and released.

Also, keep in mind that the current style is still almost entirely vB2 stuff, so the vB2 GDK will pretty much fill your needs - until the new style comes out.
