UPGRADE Login Problems!

3.0 betas upgrade log in will not let me log in! I enter in my info case sensitive and it just refreshs the page! You'd think the VB team would have fixed this issue by now, so how can I log into the system now?

Is your cookie domain set properly before you upgraded?

My cookies are just fine, and then I even allowed every possible cookie, and still the results yield no differently.

I even went into the databse and set my usergroup to 1 and then swtiched guests and admins numbers so admin group was 1.

Still nothing!

I cleared my browser cache and cookies, rebooted and still the same thing. Still waiting for some sort of official word on whats wrong here . . .

Update your PHP. 4.1.0 or higher

I had the same problem... after a update to PHP 4.3.2 it works fine.

I have exactly the same problem. Seems a common bug!

This is going to sound stupid, but I was putting the wrong password in... I had changed my password months ago, and forgot about it completely.

So make sure you input your password correctly! Make sure you didn't change it, because currently you will NOT get an error message, it will just spit you back to the login!

Same problem here, upgrade from 2.3.0 and cannot login to admincp

On my new server I had php3 but then i scratched it and went for php4. I've now been waiting about 6 plus hours for the language to importat itself! but at least its working!

What I did (because I have a backup and the public site) I delted all the tables and it worked! Now I just gotta upload a 45MB freaking database when its done!

On the upside, its working! ever be-it so slowly . . .
