Fix Header

I can't seem to realign my header on this page http://www.pornafia.org/index.php

I need it to hit the top. Where do I go to do this?

The logo portion is located in the Header Template, take a look there.

I had already tried to modify it there, but I can't get it any closer to the top.

I just looked at your html. Try this:

Move this:

To the here in bold below:
