  • Vbulletin User Profile Template add Gallery images

I would like to add a user gallery using the control panel to upload images to the database, and then use the profile to display them. I believe via form I could upload the images, tho I dont know how or where to place them. How best to go about this?

My ideas outline would be as follows:

*Provide a form for user to browse to select an image via the control panel.
*Set some limits to the file upload.
*Display these as thumbnails in the userprofile.

This requires modifying the code. We cannot officially support code modifications or forums running modified code, however you can try searching or asking for help with this over at www.vbulletin.org.

Been there, no response. How bout this, is there a resource online with examples of how to manipulate code?

Ok Steve, if possible, can you explain what I need to do in order to use a conditional statement like, <if condition="$show['usergallery']">. Where do I define the var usergallery?

That requires modifying the code. If you are not getting any response at vbulletin.org, then you might have to offer to pay someone to help you with this. You can do this in the Service Requests forum there.
