E-mail restrictions

Hi guys

Is there any way I can prevent 'users awaiting e-mail confirmation' from e-mailing existing members?

I ask, because someone recently registered (without completing registration) and used the forum to spam e-mail registered members.

Set 'Can View Member Info' to 'No' in the Usergroup permissions.
