Thanks Jerry. I successfully upgraded to vB 3.5.4 and successfully installed Impex as well.

However when I run Impex I get a n SQL error:

ImpEx Database errormysql error: Invalid SQL:
    SELECT * FROM mybb_usergroups
    ORDER BY gid
    LIMIT 0,50

    mysql error:

    mysql error number: 0

Date: Thursday 16th of March 2006 09:06:34 PM
    Database:
    MySQL error:
Unfortunately I don't understand SQL errors. But I did notice the importer says MyBB rc4 and the database I'm trying to import comes from a MyBB PR2 version. So maybe the table structure of MyBB has changed and the import file just hasn't been updated to reflect this? I don't know. Like I said I don't understand these errors.

Since this topic has changed into a support issue if you move it to a more appropriate forum I'll be able to find it.

    Thanks for your help.

ImpEx gives the option of 3.0.13 or 3.5.4 as a target. The 3.0.13 should work, though I would advise upgrading to the latest for security reasons.

    MyBB to active Vb3?

Hi Guys I've got a MyBB running on another site of mine and I want to merge the two sites. Is there anyway I can take the posts/members from the MyBB and integrate them into my current Vb?

    Thanks
