Logon Link in guest posts not working

I have a forum board that allows guests posts called visitors. The little link that says "Click Here To Logon" does not do anything when I click it as a guest.

You can test this out on my site if you want on the board called: Visitors

Is that normal? or is it supposed to take you to a logon page when clicked?

It seems that link moves the mouse cursor to the login field at the top right, in the navbar.
This is default behaviour.
