There is no function to do this. This requires modifying the code. We cannot officially support code modifications or forums running modified code, however you can try searching or asking for help with this over at www.vbulletin.org.

Hmm ok. I have made another usergroup called 'ftp and server admin'. They have been given the same acp permissions as admin. They will have their own room to keep sensitive passwords for example. I still want admin to have the ability to change a users usergroup but i dont want them to be able to change themselves from 'admin' to 'ftp and server admin'.

There is no level 'above' Admins. What did you do exactly?

Also you can set specific Admin Permissions here:

Admin CP -> Usergroups -> Administrator Permissions

I have set up a new usergroup, one level above admins. I want it so that admins can still have the ability to change other users usergroup levels but so that they can't change their own into the group i have created. Is this possible.
