subscription renewals not working all the time

Hi, i have 100's of people that renew subscriptions when they get notified their sub is going to run out. So they renew, but when their old sub expires even though the new one is listed in their settings it just doesn't kick in. Is there anything I can do? I usually spend 30 minutes or more every day manually renewing them

I am not sure if this is a desgn bug in 3.0, but perhaps this has been fixed in 3.5.3, I recommend to upgrade and give it a test. Otherwiise open a new support ticket and we will have our developer take a look.
