Users creating new threads, post showing up 2nd

For some reason lately my forums have been suffering from users creating a thread, and then their thread shows up second in the post order, and some person's reply shows up as the first post. Then everyone else's reply shows up after the thread author's post. See the diagram below:

1st post - 1st reply to thread
2nd post - Thread author's post
3rd post - 2nd reply to thread
4th post - 3rd reply to thread
etc
etc

This is due to a change of the time on the server. Youy need to ask your host to fix this and ensure the time remains accuraate.

I PDFed the conversation I had with the host. Basically they are saying there isnt much they can do, yet it is happening all the time now. The PDF is attached. Thanks

If they refuse to own up to the problem with the time on their servers, then unfortunately the only choices you have are to either live with this problem, or find a more competent host. Sorry.
